Building Leadership Program

The ability of any organization to reach its full potential depends upon its ability to identify and grow its leaders. Strong leadership is critical at all levels to achieve short term business objectives and ultimately realize the long-term vision of the organization. Establishing a leadership pipeline is essential for a company to transform from good to great.

Christy Benoit has over 15 years of experience in business leadership. Through her focus on developing healthy corporate cultures that foster a continuous improvement mentality, she’s demonstrated that it is possible to be doing good while doing well in business. Prior to joining the Results team in 2017, Christy co-founded, built and led several business ventures, including an innovative engineering firm that delivered industry changing products to some of the largest oil and gas companies in North America. Christy graduated with a BSc (Pharm) from University of Alberta in 1999. Prior to starting her first business, she worked 10 years in the field of pharmacy gaining a variety of experience in areas of clinical practice, research and business management. She is also the visionary and developer of the world’s northern most Net Zero energy commercial building, the Mosaic Centre (Edmonton), which pioneered the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodology into Canada.

Through her role as a Business Execution Specialist with Results Canada, Christy provides coaching, training and advisory to senior leaders and their teams as they strive to build successful and sustainable businesses. Her work with her clients focuses on the 5 pillars of: Vision, Strategy, Best People Practices, Systems and Processes, and Leadership Development.

When not at work, Christy is kept busy with her three children, family, friends and manages to squeeze in time for other interests such as hockey, yoga, reading and travel.

Cancellation Policy:

Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 5 business days of the course, or non-attendance on the day. Complimentary substitution of another member of your company is accepted. If CCA has to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, CCA will refund the registration fee or, if possible, the attendee may choose to move to an identical session in the future.

CANADA – ALBERTA JOB GRANT

Did you know!!  Eligible employers can get government funding to help employees access training opportunities. The Canada-Alberta Job Grant will give you up to 2/3 of the registration fee (up to $10,000/employee/fiscal year) for training. Whether taking one course or a combination of courses, the total training must be a minimum of 21 hours and be completed within 52 weeks.
