Chanel Roberts joined the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) in 2019 as Manager of Education and the Gold Seal Certification Program. In her role, Chanel leads the delivery and ongoing development of the Gold Seal Certification Program and CCA’s national education offerings. She also works closely with partner associations across the country and is passionate about supporting professionals at every stage of their certification journey.
During this session, Chanel will provide an overview of the value of Gold Seal Certification, along with key requirements and the application process. She will also be available throughout the day to offer one-on-one credit assessments and guidance for those interested in pursuing their designation.

Chanel Roberts , Manager, Education and Gold Seal Certification Program
Chanel Roberts joined the CCA team in 2019 as Manager of Education and the Gold Seal Certification Program. With 15 years of experience in marketing and program development, Chanel is responsible for the operations and development of the Gold Seal Certification Program and managing the development and distribution of CCA’s educational offerings. She works closely with CCA’s partner associations and enjoys guiding applicants through their Gold Seal Certification process, supporting their professional growth along the way.
Cancellation Policy:
Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 5 business days of the course, or non-attendance on the day. Complimentary substitution of another member of your company is accepted. If CCA has to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, CCA will refund the registration fee or, if possible, the attendee may choose to move to an identical session in the future. Unless otherwise stated, every person able to see, hear, and observe the virtual course sessions must be a paid participant. Non-compliance of this requirement will result in removal from course. Refunds will not be issued to students who are removed from the course for non-compliance of this requirement.
