Last week, Bill Black and Frano Cavar appeared before City Council’s new fieldhouse committee to voice our opinion on what a new fieldhouse could mean for Calgary – particularly within the context of city building, economic benefit, jobs, and of course, construction. Calgary’s ongoing downtown revitalization efforts to receive a $5M funding boost from the province
