Ballad’s Workforce Employment Readiness and Connections (WERC) program is an industry-tested workforce solution designed to connect construction employers with trained, job-ready talent across Alberta. Ballad delivers simulated worksite training in partnership with the Government of Alberta’s Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS).
