Our community continues to step up and I am very proud to be part of an industry that is
comprised of so many committed people that are setting aside many of their own
priorities to also support and help others.

These days it feels like we are writing the script and the screenplay as we are acting in
the movie but tremendous progress has been made by all.

It is certainly taking its toll on many people and, whether business owners, leaders or
employees they have good reason to feel this way. We need to have higher empathy for
all right now.

Thinking of you all and wishing you the best in all this.
