City of Calgary- Inspection Booking/Reminder
We are pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2022, inspections for all building, electrical, plumbing & gas inspections can be booked using our enhanced online Inspection Booking System (https://inspections.calgary.ca).
Planning & Development Services has made it a priority to transition to a tool that allows for our customers to book all their permit related inspections. We are using a phased approach to transition our customers to the online Inspection Booking System and have now entered our third phase with the onboarding of Commercial Multi-Family and Demolition inspections. More work is underway to get Development Completion Permit inspections onto the system.
Our enhanced website makes it easy for customers to book and manage their inspections in one secure place. Customers can view availability, book, reschedule or cancel their inspections by a simple click of a button.
Using the Inspections Booking System requires a myID business account. Contractors that do not have a myID business account can sign up online or contact the Planning Service Centre at 403-268-5311. Customers who contact 311 regarding issues with the Inspection Booking system, will be directed to our Technical Assistance Centre for help.
