City of Calgary- Update on 3rd Floor Counter Operations

Dear industry partners,
Effective today, as The City responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, the third-floor counter at the Municipal Building is changing how we accept physical applications to prevent the spread of the virus.
We are temporarily closing the front counter and accepting applications only by drop-off, or through our online systems. We are still operating normal business hours and confident we can continue service through drop-off and online.
The City is committed to processing applications, as well as protecting the health and safety of our employees. Please see our revised operating procedures below (note that procedures may change in the future.)
The third-floor counter now has two drop-off bins for your applications.
Credit card or Cheque
Fill out the application form and enclose a cheque. If paying by credit card, you will be contacted by phone to provide credit card information. Please ensure you fill out the application form before dropping off.
Debit or Cash
A city employee is available behind the counter gate to handle cash or debit payments. Please submit your application to the drop box and remain in the area to make payment after your application has been reviewed. These are in a priority queue and will be reviewed within approximately 20 minutes. Please ensure you fill out the application form and place it in the drop box.
