COVID-19-Checklist -v7

Inspired by our friend Jeff White from Results and based on the collaborative efforts of a number of industry professionals who worked together over the last few days, we are happy to share this document with our members and industry.

With current safety measures in place Contractors are managing construction sites with Pandemic Plans being implemented and maintained however we are already in a situation that we were somewhat unprepared for and this document is intended to part of the toolbox that we may need in the weeks ahead.

While we could never expect to be exhaustive or capture all the nuances of each project, this document is intended to provide a methodology and comprehensive thought starters for those who may have to consider partial, short or longer term suspension of work.

It will exist as a living document and will be updated through ongoing collaboration with industry.

Together we will continue to provide support to our industry as we move forward.
