Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to voting members of the Calgary Construction Association (CCA) that the 2026 CCA & Education Fund Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 4:00pm MST.

The meeting will be held at the Calgary Construction Association building- 2725 12th Street NE.

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be:

a. To receive the reports of the from the CCA and Education Fund;

b. To receive and consider the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Act, along with the auditor’s report on such statement;

c. To conduct an election of the incoming Directors at Large;

d. To the appointment of an auditor; and

e. To transact any other business which arises.

Each Member Organization is entitled to one (1) vote on each motion or matter to be voted upon and will be required to assign one Representative to exercise the vote.

In order to vote, Representatives will need to be present at the AGM.
