Prompt Pay Consultation

Service AB is holding a consultation with industry this September.

The purpose is to gain industry feedback on experience under the new Prompt Pay legislation and where is the legislation not working.

Examples of experience include:

• Contraventions of the 31 day invoicing period
• Contraventions of the 28 / 7 /7 day payment cycle
• Contraventions with notifications
• Difficulties with adjudication
• Difficulties with enforcement
