I attended two of the latest virtual panels presented by the CCA and found them to be extremely helpful. The subject matter was exactly on-point with the current challenges faced by our industry brought on by this pandemic. The presenters were extremely knowledgeable and despite the typically dry content, they were engaging and informative. I know that we have already benefited from the information provided and look forward to future presentations.
