Owners’ perceived barriers to adoption of IPD in Canada
OWNERS’ PERCEIVED BARRIERS TO ADOPTION OF IPD IN CANADA While IPD is emerging as a viable delivery model in the industry, with success stories from Canada and around the world, some Canadian owners are hesitant to give it a try. This study presents the research findings of a study investigating those owners’ perceived barriers to adoption of IPD as a delivery model on their construction projects. The CCA Office is now open to the public with updated hours. Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Fridays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM We will continue to offer virtual Stat Dec signing and sending documents/seals by Canada Post. COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions will be in effect. *While wearing a mask is not mandatory it would be appreciated if one is worn while in the office.
