Owners’ perceived barriers to adoption of IPD in Canada

OWNERS’ PERCEIVED BARRIERS TO ADOPTION OF IPD IN CANADA While IPD is emerging as a viable delivery model in the industry, with success stories from Canada and around the world, some Canadian owners are hesitant to give it a try. This study presents the research findings of a study investigating those owners’ perceived barriers to adoption of IPD as a delivery model on their construction projects.
