Ledcor Employee Giving Campaign Reaches $12M

via Ledcor   In October 2020, Ledcor held its annual Employee Giving Campaign, raising approximately $1.7M through donations and corporate match.  Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic in 2020, the team was still able to run several local and corporate fundraising events that had employees both collaborating with, and competing against each other, inspiring all involved to give and share that little bit more.   Since 2013 this campaign has now raised over $12M. Revisions to ACA Forms A & B to Align with CCDC 2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract

CCDC 2, stipulated sum contract between owner and general contractor has been revised and is available for use December 2020. A review of ACA Form A (agreement between general contractor and subcontractor) and ACA Form B (agreement between subcontractor and subsubcontractor) was undertaken to ensure alignment with CCDC 2 – 2020. The review concluded that while CCDC 2 – 2020 introduces the Ready-for-Takeover provision, rather than introducing these provisions in Forms A and B, subcontractors need to comply with flow-down provisions from the Prime CCDC2 contract (including Supplementary Conditions).
